All free templates that we’ve made are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License which means you can:

• Use them for personal stuff
• Use them for commercial stuff
• Change them however you like

Attribution — you MUST give APPROPRIATE CREDIT, PROVIDE A LINK TO FreeHTML5.co, and indicate if changes were made.

However, you may remove backlinks or credit links to us by subscribing to our premium plans.

 

Our premium templates are released under our Premium License Agreement.

You can:

You can not:

• Remove the attribution without purchasing a premium membership.

You can:

• Use them to build an unlimited number of personal sites.
• Use them to create as many sites for your clients as you like
• Continue doing all of the above even if you choose not to renew your subscription.

You can not:

• Resell them or give them away (modified or unmodified).
• Build derivative works based on them (eg. converting them to themes for a CMS) and attempt to resell or give those away.
• Include them as part of an online site builder.
• Bundle them with another product or service and sell or give that away.
• Do anything else that may negatively impact our business.

If you are VAT registered in Europe, you can enter your business details on the registration page when purchasing a paid membership. You will automatically receive an invoice by email in the first week of the month following your purchase.

We accept PayPal and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and 3DS) through Stripe. Note that all transactions are SSL secured and that we do NOT store card information.

How much time is required to process my membership subscription?

All membership orders are instantly validated. This means that you can download premium items directly after your payment.

Note that when selecting “bank transfer” with PayPal your payment will require a few days to process.

Sometimes, it happens that orders are not instantly approved because PayPal or Stripe needs to verify your payment. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you still don’t have your Premium access after 2-3 hours.

Also, make sure not to leave the payment page too quickly and make sure that you are redirected to our website once your payment is complete to avoid any issues.

You can easily upgrade, downgrade, or terminate your membership plan in your account. Premium and Agency plans are automatically renewed until canceled.

The Single Template plan is a one-time payment and doesn’t renew automatically.

Due to the nature of downloadable digital items, we can’t offer refunds for plans that have already been paid. You can however terminate your subscription at any time directly in your account.

Yes, we do. You can get up to 50% for each paid subscription. Payments are made by PayPal or wire transfer.If you are interested, don’t hesitate to contact us 🙂
